Answer: I would size up at least an extra large to be safe. -

How big are the pockets? Can you fit an iPhone and your keys in there?
Answer: Definitely large enough for an iPhone, your keys, some snacks lol. The pockets also have zippers. I always put cash and cards in the breast pocket to keep them safe. -
