Overall, customers were disappointed with this product. Many reported that the biscottis tasted stale and were broken upon arrival. Some customers even received open boxes with broken packs inside. One customer reported that the biscottis were in small pieces, which made it difficult to use as a dipping snack. Although the expiration date was still good as they all were supposed to expire on 7/2023, it seems like there may have been issues with the packaging or transportation that caused these problems. In short, these biscottis are not worth the expense.
