  • Question: What materials are used in this kitchen tap?

    Answer: It is made of harmless 304 stainless steel and black silicone.
  • Question: Is it easy to install?

    Answer: Yes, it comes with a 1/2'' standard hose connection and includes all fittings required for installation.
  • Question: What are the functions of the tap?

    Answer: It features a pull down sprayer with two water shapes: spray and stream for convenience.
  • Question: Is this tap suitable for a pressurised hot water system?

    Answer: Mine is fed from the hot water system from the combi boiler, so I believe that's the same thing.
  • Question: Please can someone tell me what size the hole needs to be on the counter top? I need to drill through.

    Answer: The best I can do is, mine is fitted on a sink, if they have a standard size hole then that will be it, otherwise you only need a hole that will allow 2 flexy pipes through it.
  • Question: How far does the bend in the hose protrude at the back? It’s not straight vertical.

    Answer: The photo makes it look worse than it is - mine hardly protrudes at all, it's almost straight.
  • Question: What size is the main locking nut?

    Answer: Don't know without looking under the sink. Will check later.
  • Question: What is the minimum bar pressure required?

    Answer: My pressure is 1.4bar.
  • Question: How is the tap secured to the countertop hole? Has it a collar and is this metal as well? Many seem to be chrome plated plastic and crack. Thanks

    Answer: It is a metal collar.
  • Question: Any issue (mainly leaking) after years of usage?

    Answer: No leaks after 2+ years. Tap end does slide out of the holder quite easily. But good for the price.
