- OPTIMUM FERROUS TRAMP METAL RETENTION: MPI’s ceramic square grate magnets are designed to remove medium and small size ferrous tramp metal contaminants from dry, granular free-flowing product streams in gravity-fed vertical chutes, hoppers, housings, surge or catch bins.
- USER FRIENDLY: Easy to install and clean, our grate magnets offer efficient, economical magnetic protection of processing equipment, such as milling, extruding, and mixing, while improving product purity.
- INTELLIGENT DESIGN: Tubes are held in place with a stainless steel support frame. As contaminants are captured, they move to the underside of the magnetic tubes, eliminating tramp metal wash-off.
- HIGH QUALITY CONSTRUCTION: USA made, constructed from powerful ceramic 8 permanent magnetic material with liquid tight, seam-welded tube ends for maximum protection against leakage – no crimped tubes. Rugged all-welded 100% stainless steel enclosed design with 1” magnetic tubes mounted on 2” centers.
