Answer: It is the coolest button up fr shirt ive ever had. Ive had it for about a year and still doesnt have holes and usually shirts last me about 2 months. -

Answer: I don’t know the OSHA answer but yes, I used it for that. -

Answer: Not sure, however it is a little heavy. Thick material and bulky. -

How does it compare to nomex in terms of lightness and breathability?
Answer: I work in Texas by the coast and I know about the heat. I'm not familiar with nomex, but the shirt is on the thicker side. It's good and durable for working on piperacks and around sharp corners. Although it's on the thicker side, it's actually pretty breathable and doesn't feel heavy when you're drenched in sweat.
