The Pelican 1500 Case is a highly-rated camera case that comes with foam. The pick and pluck section of the foam measures approximately 17-1/4" wide x 11-1/2" deep by 3-1/2" thick and contains 3,990 removable foam cubes that are approximately 7/16" square. This case is perfect for holding camera gear, although it may not be able to accommodate larger lenses or multiple camera bodies and lenses. The case is also relatively light and should float if it falls into the water, assuming it is fully packed with a weight of around 12-15 lbs. Overall, customers have been very happy with their Pelican 1500 Case purchases, especially since it can be used for a variety of purposes by customizing the foam inserts.
