The EVA faux teak decking sheet is guaranteed to stick to any clean surface. However, it is recommended to seal the wood before installation because moisture can get between the cracks and damage the wood over time. The faux teak is comfortable to walk on barefoot and is perfect for indoor use or horizontal surfaces. However, if you have dogs, beware that their claws may cause some damage to the surface. One drawback is that the product shrinks a little after installation, making it difficult to use a knife to cut it. Therefore, one must use scissors instead. The material also does not stick very well to non-skid surfaces, so it is not ideal for this purpose. Keep in mind that this product is not like Sea Deck and is not bullet-proof. For example, dropping the anchor on it or having aggressive dogs may cause tears or holes over time.
