With your help, we found that sometimes EU 27 converted to 10 but sometimes to 10.5, we will investigate this issue and probably will convert all 10.5 to 10 during next week. Answer: Yes, you can but first of all you need to know which ones. We have two types - Memo Orange Inset (ASIN: B010TDF5BQ) and Memo Grey Insert (ASIN: B0115G8H98). Let your child wear the shoes for two weeks then please check its diagnostic sole (abrasion and marks) and you can easily decide what type of arch support insert required if so. More info printed on the shoebox. -
