The RIDGID 50313, 4000 RV, 4-gallon wet/dry vac is a small but powerful vacuum that has a crazy amount of suction. It works great for everything from drywall dust to nails and wood chips. This vacuum has a nice, long hose and is well built. The hose accepts the 1 7/8" nozzles of RIDGID. It is lightweight and has a flexible hose. The suction port in front of the drum and the blower port on the back of the lid next to the power cord entry work well. The vacuum comes with a carpet nozzle VT2530 that has wheels and a button that controls the brushes' height for different floors. It has been recommended to remove the supplied adapter in the carpet nozzle, buy the adapter combo kit, and use the 1-7/8 to 1-1/4 adapter to connect it to the hose. The part number of the adapter kit is VT1755. Overall, this vac is perfect for both heavy-duty use and light use such as in cleaning cars, trucks and RVs.
