Answer: The smaller threaded hole on the brake hub is for a torsion anchor screw, keeping the brake hub stationary as the brake drum on the wheel turns. Use a 16-20mm long M5 hex head machine screw and 1 or 2 M5 flat washers.
L-faster Replacement Wheels YKS1 Editorial Review
The drum brake tire is a good addition for riders looking for added safety and a smoother ride on their scooter. However, installation can be a bit challenging, with some buyers having issues with fitting the tire to their scooter and adjusting the drum brake so that it doesn't touch the wheel. Despite this, the tire is generally well received and effective in adding the safety of a drum brake and the comfort of an air-filled tire to a scooter without these features. There were a few complaints about the tire arriving with a punctured air chamber due to poor packaging but the majority of customers seem to be satisfied with the quality of the product and its ability to improve their riding experience.
