The OmniCore Designs Mil-Spec 6-pc. Modular Sleeping Bag System is a reliable and versatile option for camping trips in any season. The three-layer system can withstand temperatures from 30F to -30F and is suitable for individuals up to 6’3”. The bag has numerous components allowing for multiple options to adjust to the temperature conditions, keeping you comfortable. The system weighs about 12lbs, making it not lightweight enough to be carried backpacking. Despite being a great sleeping bag system, some customers experienced issues. One customer complained that the sleeping bag set is not good enough for the northwest. They found it hard to fit well and the bivy didn't cover the entire body; another customer had the same issue and found the material used was cheap. The inner bag tore, causing inconvenience. However, one customer found that the bag kept them warm even in single-digit temperatures and they liked that it came with a waterproof covering that fits over two bags that form a double layer. Ultimately, the OmniCore Designs Mil-Spec 6-pc. Modular Sleeping Bag System is an excellent choice for individuals who enjoy camping during extremely cold weather.
