The problem is that the software is terribly designed and is almost impossible to use -- to the point even the seller evidently doesn't know how to use it... -

Answer: Apparently not. Print media is limited to 58mm x 40mm and 58mm x 30mm with gap. -

Answer: You have to create the item before you can create the label, yes. However, it is a database, you create you data, you create you labels, and you add your label to your product data. Using their software it is not hard and their support is there to help if you are having any issues. -

I will need a label with barcode for this scale. Does it have a barcode?
Answer: Yes, it prints several types of bar codes and it accepts many of the same labels as CAS printers.
