The Beduan Stainless Steel 1/4" Hose Barb to 1/2" Male NPT Fitting is a versatile homebrew fitting usable for both water and fuel. Made from ss 304, it’s ideal for carbonated water and potable water Consumption. The fitting has a 1/4" NPT to screw into 1/4" Female NPT thread. The pressure rating for this fitting is below 2000 psi, so it’s not recommended to go above 200 psi. With its longer barb than PEX fittings, it serves as an excellent alternative. However, for a PEX pipe, it's not recommended because there's a risk that the PEX would work its way down thus off the barb.
