Otherwise, buy the ones that say 'superfine' or 'caster/castor' sugar. To make this super-fine (like the ones bartenders use), just whirl it up in a food processor or spice grinder.

With a high-quality seal and the ability to keep out moisture, ants, and other pesky substances, this container is a must-have for any baking enthusiast. The bright yellow container will brighten up your kitchen and leave no room for doubt as to the container's contents. The larger size of the container will last much longer between replenishments, making it a more cost-effective option than smaller sizes. One drawback to the container is the lid, which is made of a different type of plastic than the container and eventually wears out after hundreds of removals and reseals, leading to a poor seal. Using a higher-impact plastic may solve or at least diminish this problem. It would be helpful if Domino Sugar offered the option of purchasing a replacement lid to continue using the container to refill with sugar. Overall, Domino Sugar's 4LB Canister is a great product that is reusable and will last a long time.
