The wire stripping machine is a two-step process for cords, as it splits the outer jacket for you to pull apart, and then you can strip the individual conductors of the cord back through for final stripping. The machine works very well for stripping multiple sizes of wires in the same batch, and it takes a little time to set up the tension so that it can do 500MCM and then drop down to 14AWG on the next wire. It has some weight to it, so it's not easily moved around, and you don't want it falling on your foot as you move it.
