The design of the boots is unique but not typical Chelsea or Chukka boots as the name suggests, although they are ankle boots. One can shine these boots with shoe polish or wax, and the insoles of the boots are also removable. These boots add some extra height from the sole; however, it is not noticeable. The boots fit true to size, but one can choose a size 7 for more comfort. Customer reception of the product is mixed. While some customers love the style, comfort and durability of these boots, others have reported issues with the quality of the materials, including the cap toe separating and the zipper breaking on the first use. One must note the return/replacement window is tiny at two days, and this may limit customer satisfaction.
