General Tools Jig Accessories Editorial Review
General Tools 854 Adjustable Pocket Hole Jig is a practical solution for those looking to dive into pocket hole joinery without the hefty price tag of more premium brands. This tool features a sturdy construction out of CNC'd billet aluminum with hardened inserts, making it surprisingly durable for its cost. Users have noted its versatility, allowing it to handle materials ranging from 1/2" to 1.5" thick, making it ideal for varied projects. Though it lacks extensive adjustments found in higher-end models, it remains a solid choice for beginners or limited applications. Many appreciate its ease of use and the inclusion of necessary setup items such as screws and a pocket hole bit.
