    Answer: I use it on my 36-gallon acrylic bowfront aquarium. It's working great for mine at low speed. Sometimes I even put it up a few!

    Answer: Yes, it can be. You may need to adjust the direction of water flow from the gyre. Mounting vertically will change the general flow of the water movement. On YouTube, many people with peninsula style have them mounted vertically alongside the overflow.

    Answer: Actually would be just right and you can always choose a lower setting.
