I like it a lot! Somehow it tastes like it has more than 5g of sugar! It doesn't say there is sugar alcohol present. Thanks for your thoughts.
Answer: This bar did raise my blood sugar. The bar had good flavor but I have to avoid it as a result of the blood sugar spike. -

I noticed these contain partially hydrogenated soybean oil. Isn't that trans fat? The nutrition facts list 0g trans fat.
Answer: You have to look at the labels on each box to verify. The daily MAX for saturated fat is like 16 gms. After enjoying these bars for many years and even having one or 1.5 bars per day, my LDL shot up the past couple years. -
