Customer Questions & Answers
-
Question:
What is included in the Trap with 15pcs Refills?
Answer: The Trap with 15pcs Refills includes a highly effective trap and 15 refill cartridges designed to capture a variety of pests. The trap itself utilizes an attractant that lures unwanted insects effectively, while the refills ensure continuous use without needing to purchase a new unit. This makes it ideal for ongoing pest control in areas such as kitchens, gardens, and living spaces. -
Question:
How does the trap work?
Answer: The trap operates by using a combination of bait and a physical trapping mechanism to catch pests. The attractants in the refills serve to entice insects toward the device, where they become trapped effectively. This is a safer alternative to chemical insecticides, making it suitable for use around children and pets while providing effective pest control in your home or garden. -
Question:
Can the trap be used indoors and outdoors?
Answer: Yes, the Trap with 15pcs Refills is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. It is designed to withstand different environmental conditions, making it versatile for various settings. For instance, you can place it in your kitchen for catching flies or in your garden to deter insects from plants, ensuring comprehensive pest management throughout your living space. -
Question:
How often should I replace the refills?
Answer: Refills should be replaced every 30 days for optimal performance, or sooner if you notice a decrease in effectiveness. Regularly changing the refills ensures that the attractants remain potent and the trap continues to capture pests effectively. For users in high insect traffic areas, more frequent changes may be necessary to maintain effective pest control. -
Question:
Is the trap safe to use around pets and children?
Answer: Absolutely! The Trap with 15pcs Refills uses non-toxic attractants, making it safe to use around both pets and children. Unlike traditional pesticide solutions, this trap avoids the use of harmful chemicals, allowing for a worry-free pest control solution in homes where little ones and furry friends roam. -
Question:
What types of pests does the trap target?
Answer: This trap is effective against a variety of common household pests, including flies, wasps, and other insects that tend to invade living spaces. By capturing a broad spectrum of pests, it helps maintain a clean and comfortable environment in your home, reducing the annoyance and potential health risks associated with insect infestations. -
Question:
How do I set up the trap?
Answer: Setting up the Trap with 15pcs Refills is a straightforward process. Simply open the trap, insert one of the refill cartridges into the designated compartment, and position it in an area where you've noticed pest activity. By placing it near light sources or food areas, you can enhance its effectiveness in attracting and capturing pests quickly. -
Question:
Is the trap reusable?
Answer: Yes, the Trap is reusable, and each trap comes with 15 refills for sustained pest control. Once a refill is used up, simply replace it with a new cartridge to continue capturing pests. This reusable design not only provides economic value but also reduces waste compared to disposable traps, making it an environmentally friendly choice. -
