- The Sunnydaze Quilted Double Hammock in Mountainside is a two person hammock without stand for two adults, designed for backyard relaxation, patio lounging, and camping. The quilted bed measures 74 inches wide by 55 inches deep with plush polyurethane foam fill for cushioned comfort right out of the box. The total length is 125.5 inches from loop to loop with pre-attached 23-inch chains on each end. Hardwood spreader bars on both ends keep the surface flat and open in a lay flat design, making it easier to get in and out compared to traditional rope hammocks. For best stability, sit in the center of the porch hammock and swing legs up. The spreader bar design provides a stable, level surface rather than a wrap-around cocooning shape. The 100% polyester fabric is dye-treated for UV resistance to help prevent color fading from sun exposure. Quick-dry, moisture-wicking properties allow the tree hammock for outside to dry quickly after rain or dew. For longest product life, store indoors or under a covered area during extended rain and winter months. Spot clean with mild soap and water. Setup is simple with pre-attached chains and S-hooks included. Hang between two trees or posts spaced at least 12 feet apart, or use with a hammock stand, sold separately. It fits best on 12- to 13-foot stands. For 15-foot stands, measure hook-to-hook distance and compare to approximately 171 inches total span including chains. Extension chains may be needed. For best compatibility, consider pairing this backyard hammock with the Sunnydaze Universal Double Hammock Stand for a secure and convenient setup. The hammock includes a matching detachable button-on pillow. It has a weight capacity of 450 lbs, and the hammock weight is 10 lbs.
