The sockets themselves are well-Constructed with a nice finish, reasonable wall thickness, and clear engravings that will ensure durability over time. However, upon receiving the product, there were Consistent reports of the socket holder being of poor quality. Many customers found that the plastic tray in which the sockets are housed was cheap and easily broken, rendering it useless. Some customers received the set with broken mounts, making the holder unusable and resulting in the need to discard it. This led to disappointment among customers, especially since Craftsman has a long-standing reputation in the industry. Some customers expressed their frustration with the design and suggested that Craftsman should Consider using higher-quality materials for the socket holder to avoid breakage during transportation.
