However, based on customer reviews, it appears that the packaging and delivery of the product need some improvement. Customers reported that some of the boxes arrived torn and damaged, with torn and filthy packaging for the reams of paper. Some customers also received open and unsealed packs of paper that were torn, making it difficult to determine if any sheets were missing.
