However, there have been some concerns regarding the alignment of the carbonless copies in the 20-pack. While previous purchases have been Consistent in terms of alignment, this particular order had 15 out of 20 books with misaligned copies. This resulted in disappointment and inconvenience for the customer, who now has to return the books and hope that the stores have properly aligned ones in stock. This lack of quality control is a letdown for customers who rely on this product daily. As a result, the customer does not recommend buying this item online, suggesting that in-store purchases are a safer option. In another case, a customer received only 2 separate books instead of the 2 packages of 4 books they should have received. Despite complaining, their refund was only half the amount they originally paid. This discrepancy in the order led to frustration and dissatisfaction.
