POROMETISTO Brake Fluid Level Editorial Review
The Brake Fluid Tester POROMETISTO FT01 has garnered a largely positive reception from users, praised for its practicality and effectiveness in assessing brake fluid moisture levels. Many customers have reported that the device performs exceptionally well with various brake fluids, particularly DOT3 and DOT4, and appreciates its ability to provide clear and immediate readouts. The display uses a color-coded system—green, orange, and red—to indicate the status of the fluid, making it easier for users to understand their vehicle's brake health at a glance. Some users highlighted a limitation when it comes to using the tester with DOT5 brake fluid, which did not yield results for their motorcycles. However, for regular automotive applications, the tester has been deemed reliable. Customers appreciated the inclusion of batteries and the straightforward design, praising the device's quick output and the effective functionality it offers. While some features were noted to have limitations, such as the backlighting which only activates during testing, overall feedback suggests that the convenience and accuracy of the device far outweigh these minor drawbacks. The majority of users found it to be an invaluable tool, especially in preventing costly brake fluid issues, and many expressed their satisfaction with this reliable brake fluid tester. **
