Answer: No, this is made entirely of paper - it is 2 ply but 'Heavy Duty' due to its thickness and durability. -

Can this roll be easily dispensed just from the box it comes in? Or does it need a separate dispenser?
Answer: There is a card roll in the middle that I could not move, so it won't center feed. I had to take it out of the box.
