Answer: I was able to stretch it to 3.5 pairs of shoes. 3 of the pairs received the recommend amount, while 1 pair only included 1 layer of coverage instead of 2. -

Will this work on neoprene?
Answer: I've not been happy with it spotting on shiny leather. I think it works better on brushable surfaces. -
